Art Historian to athlete, and mom to meat-head — all kettlebell sport people have a story about their life before lifting. Jessica Gorman began studying Kettlebell Sport and Circular Strength Training® at the same time, just under 4 years ago. The overlap of these modalities led her to an optimal training method that prioritizes form, fluid strength, and mobility. In a few short years, Jessica has become an accomplished kettlebell lifter, with ranks in all the Classic lifts, including two Master of Sport titles (MS), as well as a Master of Sport International Class (MSIC) and a World Record for a 30 minute half marathon event. On the platform, integrated mobility and fluid strength training can lead to breakthroughs in performance; off the platform, it is the foundation for a lifetime of better movement.
At home in the Texas Kettlebell Academy in Austin, Jessica specializes in coaching clients in kettlebells, Clubbells®, TACFIT® and active flow bodyweight training as primary tools for building strength and mobility. She trains and competes on Team Vyvial under Aaron Vyvial, KETAcademy Master Coach, and her partner at TXKB. As an instructor and an athlete, Jessica has had the privilege of learning from some of the greatest minds in the field. Most recently:

Jessica will be presenting and instructing on Mobility, and co-teach a Long Cycle technique session under the Athlete Track.
