Aaron Vyvial holds a Master Coach rank with Ketacademy, is the founder of Texas Kettlebell Academy (TXKB) and the Texas Open Championship, and is Head Coach of the highly successful TXKB/Team Vyvial team. He works closely with his coaches, Sergey Rachinskiy, Sergey Merkulin and all the Ketacademy Head Coaches. He is also certified to teach with most of the Kettlebell certifications including Keta-L3, MKST-L1, RGSI-L3, AKA/IUKL, and IKFF-L2 and is one of the few people approved to certify new Keta coaches. Coach Vyvial holds the distinction of being the only student of the Legendary Sergey Mishin outside of Russia.
The Summit will be taking place right after Coach Vyvial returns from another trip to Russia with two competitions and another Keta sport camp, so he will be excited to share a lot of new details. For this event only, he will be offering private lessons at a discounted rate.
At the Summit, Coach Vyvial will:
*discuss in panel format, the specific training of his son, Kingsley Vyvial who holds youth national records in all three lifts, and the prep for Kingsley’s first competitions in Russia
*teach a breakout workshop under Athlete Track with MSIC Jessica Gorman on long cycle technique, with a focus on long-arm pendulum and matching up your swing, clean and snatch into a usable technique for triathlon training. This will include discussion of how to incorporate Merkulin, Vasilev and Denisov technique into your trainings.
*teach a breakout workshop on GPP (General Physical Preparation) for kettlebell sport, one of Texas Kettlebell Academy’s specialties
*present on Triathlon Program Design, under Coach/Business Track
